Zest 4 Wellness is a physician-guided wellness and regenerative medicine clinic located in Columbia, Maryland. We exist for one reason: to help patients understand what is actually going on with their health and build a treatment plan around real findings, not guesses.
Medical care, not a wellness menu
Zest 4 Wellness is a medical wellness practice, also presented as Zest Medical Wellness. Every program, from regenerative medicine and PRP to hormone optimization and medical weight loss, is provided under the supervision of Dr. Francisco Ward, DO, a physician trained in physical medicine and rehabilitation, pain management, interventional spine care, and joint care.
Our philosophy
Wellness is not one-size-fits-all. Two people with the same symptom can have entirely different underlying causes, and a treatment that helps one patient may be wrong for another. That is why the Zest approach combines medical evaluation, diagnostic testing, nutritional science, and ongoing support into a plan built around you.
